Registration Fees
Registration is available only through Online Registration System. The payment of registration fee is processed in United States Dollar (USD) or Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) for online payment via PayPal and in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) for payment via cheque or FPS.
^ Registrants may be required to provide proof to be eligible for the Local Nurses / Allied Health Professional rate.
* Important Note: The registration will not be processed if payment is not forwarded to the Congress Secretariat. The fees may be adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadlines.

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations notified with a written notice received by the Congress Secretariat on or before 31 August 2023 will be subjected to a 50% administration fee. There will be no refund for cancellations made after this date. All refunds will be made after the Congress.
Adverse Weather Condition
For safety reasons and in accordance with the guidelines of the Hong Kong Observatory, the meeting will be canceled if a black rainstorm or Typhoon Number 8 or above warning is still in effect one hour before the congress starts. Please note that no refunds will be issued in this case.
Extenuating Circumstances
If the meeting is postponed or cancelled due to extenuating circumstances (including but not limited to an outbreak of disease, the venue becoming unavailable, or causes beyond the reasonable control of the organizer), the organizer shall not be responsible for any delays, damages, losses, increased costs, or other unfavorable conditions arising as a result of such circumstances. Please note that no refunds will be issued in this case.

- For overseas registrants, personal cheques are NOT accepted.

- A registration confirmation (official receipt) will be issued after payment clearance.
- The congress program may change without prior notice.
- All inquiries, changes, and cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
- For overseas registrants who have difficulties paying fees online, please contact the Congress Secretariat at info@aafitn2023.org.
- By participating in AAFITN 2023, you grant the organizer the right to use your personal data for the purposes of processing registration and handling relevant matters relating to the event. The personal data may be provided to authorized parties, including but not limited to agents, auditors, contractors, sponsors, and service providers.
- Replacement or transfer is not allowed.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows at the congress.
